This company is awesome. I was really nervous since I was planning to propose to my girlfriend during our Nowregian cruise. When I made my order I was afraid that wouldn't arrive on time. I call customer service, and they were amazing. They gave me a date for shipping and assured me that my ring would arrive on time. Thay even went that extra step of express shipping my order, it made it on time!! She is very happy, thanks INTOU. Also the ring is gorgeous, excellent craftsmanship. 5 stars definitely!!!!

I loved my experience with INTOU, not only is my ring stunningggg, but their customer service was just as great. They returned my emails so quickly to assist me in resizing my ring, and then that process was also much faster than I’d expected. Couldn’t be happier!
